Charles Cohen is managing director and third-generation owner of Benco Dental Company, the nation’s largest independently owned dental distributor, and Clarion Financial, a sister company offering financing to dentists. Founded in 1930 by Benjamin
Cohen, Benco serves over 25,000 dental offices and dental laboratories across the United States. The company is based in Northeastern Pennsylvania with locations in 40 states.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Charles joined Benco as a territory representative in 1989. After taking on management roles in the company’s sales and marketing department, he assumed a senior leadership role in 1997.
Charles and his wife Rebecca live in Allentown with their son Benjamin and daughter Leah.

Kristin Dempsey
Kristin Dempsey is the Vice President of Sales, and Marketing at Dempsey Uniform and Linen Supply. Based out of Jessup Pennslyvania, Dempsey is an independent supplier of textile rental services, including uniforms, linens, and floor mats. Among many achievements Kristin Dempsey has been on the Marketing Steering Committee of the CSC Network since 2000 and an Equity Member Representative for Medtegrity since 2007. She has also received many honors like “Top 25 Women in Business,” NEPA National Association of Women Business Owners, being a Featured Speaker at the Annual Awards Dinner in June 2010, being awarded “Northeast Woman,” by The Scranton Times in December 2001, and “Top 40 Business Leaders Under Forty,” by Central Pennsylvania Business Journal in 1998.

Dick Kane
Dick Kane is a member of Kane Properties and former shareholder of Kane Is Able, now ID Logistics. Dick grew up in the warehousing and distribution business his grandfather started in 1930. After school he started working for a salary at Kane is Able.

Dick became President and CEO in 2001.
He was instramental in its exponential growth.
Warehouse capacity was expanded and distribution took on a regional focus. Opportunities arose for larger expansion and bigger growth with the sale to ID-Logistics.

He served on the Marywood University Board of Directors and was an Executive in Residence for the Family Business Alliance.
