Dr. Ruth Hughes
Ruth Hughes serves as Assistant Professor of Business Law at Wilkes University. Hughes is a licensed attorney. She began her career as an attorney specializing in corporate transactions in New York City and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She was director of the Small Business Development Center in Wilkes-Barre for many years before joining the faculty of the Sidhu School of Business and Leadership at Wilkes University in 2013. Her research interests, publications and presentations include the areas of environmental sustainability in business, equity crowdfunding and emerging trends in securities laws. She serves as a reviewer for several academic publications. Ruth Calhoun Hughes is an active member of many university, professional and community organizations., Environmental Sustainability Policy; Equity Crowdfunding.

Steven Roth, Esq.
Attorney Steven P. Roth has been engaged in the representation of a number of the region’s leading businesses in connection with general corporate representation. He is sought after for his counsel and business advice in negotiating complex commercial acquisition, merger and divestiture transactions, joint ventures and other forms of business combinations.

Peter Malloux
Owner and founder of PM Medical Products. H is a certified Pennsylvania First Responder. His career has been primarily in acute care medical sales management. He opened PM Medical Products in 2006 and continues focusing on growth and improvement with his wonderful staff. In 2013 he purchased Accessibility Advantage LLC a mobility products company providing Ameriglide stair glides, wheel chair lifts , elevators and ramps. When Pete is not in the office, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and working as a ski patroller at Jack Frost Ski Area. He resides in Indian Lake, PA with his wife, Dr. Cynthia Mailloux.

Katharine joined her family's business, Dempsey Uniform and Linen, as Director in 2018. She holds a juris doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Katharine held the position of General Counsel at Pepperjam, Wilkes-Barre prior to her current role

Bill Joyce Jr.
Joined Joyce Insurance Group as a Business Insurance Consultant in 2013. Before entering the family business, he interned at Senator Robert Casey’s office in Washington, DC, and worked as an Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Harrisburg, PA. Bill is adept in risk management assessment and commercial insurance products – specializing in contractors, manufacturers, student housing, and public entities.
